I don't think you should ever lose weight for someone else. If you want to lose weight, do it for yourself.
Eat whole foods (fruits, veggies, lean protein), switch to whole wheat instead of white (like when it comes to pasta, bread, or rice), avoid processed foods and very sugary/fatty foods, and drink lots of water. Be more active, do some cardio as well as strength training (it helps you to build muscle, which burns more calories than fat when at rest).
well I honestly don't agree with losing weight for somebody else's 'approval' but if you want to lose weight to better yourself I suggest a light workout in the morning and 3 balanced meals with a snack between lunch and dinner. don't eat after 8 and drink only water
Yes I do agree what you say :) all I need is confidence in myself to know I can do it plus I just gotta think why I'm doing this
There are many reasons you should want to lose weight. Do it for your health. Do it to improve the quality of your life. Do it to make clothes shopping easier. Do it to be able to take up new hobbies that require a higher fitness level.
But do not do it to impress a guy. He needs to like you for you and I can promise there are guys who will regardless of the weight.

Well I know a ton of ways for GUYS to lose weight, but I don't think they will work the same with girls. My best bet would be to participate in a sport.
I do I play soccer hockey lacrosse and football haha :P

Don't loose weight to impress this guy. Loose weight for yourself and so you have something to feel good about and a goal for yourself. I can tell you exactly what to do and how much exercise to get if you tell me how much you want to loose?
In 7 days I excercise 6 hours but I think it's just my eating cause I eat a lot !!
Yes your exercise is good! you just need to work on your eating habits. Try and stay away from the bad type of food but if you do eat it then look at the serving size. Count your calories! If your trying to loose weight try and have like 1500-1700 a day. Go crazy with fruits and vegetables. Try and have carbohydrates in every meal. DONT SKIP MEALS! It will slow down your metabolism making it even harder to loose weight. stay away from chips, candy all of that it won't help you accomplish this.
It can be part of your motivation but don't make it your sole purpose. I understand wanting to feel better about yourself physically but really a guy will like you for you - it's called chemistry.

Google P90X workout program lean version... I'm doing the classic version and its awesome, lean is more female oriented.
