I'm very worried?

I got done takin a shower and gave myself a testicular exam since everything was warm and loose. I found a small bump on the right testicle. The bump was small, and I don't remember ever feeling it there. It's on the back, where the epididymis is. The bump is hard and about the size of a grain. I didn't feel anything on my left testicle like that. I'm seeing my doctor in a few weeks, but with this change of events, i don't know if I should wait. I'm freaking out right now because I don't know if it's testicular cancer.

You want something to ease your life and give you comfort then you should see a doctor ASAP but i would recommend to take this opportunity and do whatever you have been afraid of

don't freak out. none of us can really advise you on this. why don't you see if you can push your appointment up? no point feeling stressed unnecessarily for weeks if you can just get checked out soon.

I understand :/ it could very well be a benign swelling, something that might go away in a few days or so. try to keep calm until you can talk to your physician.

Could it be spermatacoele? Sorry if I'm bothering you. I'm looking more information for what I could have, and from what I found out, is that is the case where I have the lump now.

It could be, that would make sense given the location of the bump. you aren't bothering me, it's great that you're doing some research on this. :)
