Girls, question for anyone who ever had a mammogram, during your exam did they put stickers on your nipples and if so did it hurt to take them off?

I recently got a mammogram at a new clinic and unlike the place I went before, they put markers on my nipples like this one second to left.

Seriously, everyone's worried about the "squeezing" bit of the mammogram and while the procedure itself was uncomfortable it straight up hurt to take the sticker off. I mean it wasn't agonizing but it was still painful and my nipples were tender for a while afterward :(

Did anyone else have this done to you when you got a mammogram and if not do you know anyone who told you about their experiences with it?

You're quite young to have had a mammogram. Is there a family history or did you find a lump?

Family history, my mom had it when she was 36 and my sis when she was 33 (both are fine now).
