im about 5'7 and my target weight is about 160-170 lbs. Id still like to loose 5-10 more pounds right now I'm at about 180 lbs dressed.
in my opinion if you work hard, eat right, cut out the fatty foods, the fast food, your body proportion will change. Being overall fit and healthy without directly targeting any one part of your body you will feel better look better and feel better about yourself.
eat smaller servings, only eat when your hungry, watch the soda, things like ice cream and chips are ok, but only eat like 5-10 chips at a time, or like 1 scoop of ice cream. with like ice cream take small tiny bites, remember you could eat like 30 huge spoonfulls of it get brain freeze and take in 1500 calories or eat a small scoop, use your spoon to shave a little bit off the scoop at a time and the flavor is all the same, your enjoying it just as much, it takes you just as long to eat it and you're not taking in 1500 calories. You can enjoy sweets or soda just like only have 1 soda a day, or a few bites of candy, don't eat a whole bag of it, just don't make them a meal, make it a small snack enjoy the flavor.
with my struggles with my weight, I do like ice cream and stuff, but doing things like switching from whole milk to skim milk, eating more veggies, Eating 4 small meals a day instead of 2 big ones. keeping away from sausage bacon and fried foods. anything that's fatty

well to get rid of you man boobs, you have to do some cardio. swimming, boxing, jump rope, soccer, football, running, hiking, jogging, sprints, stair climber, treadmill, biking, basketball. find something really active that you enjoy to do so exercise won't get boering for you. swimming is a really good way to burn calories and cool off on a hot day. get someone about your size and go at it in the ring for boxing. or just watch a movie or two while on a treadmill. go for a nice long bike ride. anything like that every day or 6/7 days in the week and you will lose not only you man boobs, but some of your stomach and if you have love handles, those will go too.
also clean up you diet. try putting more fruits and vegatables in you diet and take out the bad fats and some of the carbs. not all carbs, but enough so that you8 burn more than you have

There are 2 basic elements: Diet and exercise.
Diet is pretty self explanatory. First off, stop eating fast food. No more hamburgers or Big Macs for the rest of your life. Throw that Coke and Mountain Dew in the trash; you're drinking water from now on. Big steak? Heck no. Eat lean fish instead. No more beef or chicken. It's time for low fat yogurt and salad -- no dressing. And rice is good too.
For exercise, RUN! Put on your running shoes and run for 30 - 60 minutes daily.
If you do all this and stay committed, I guarantee you that you'll drop to 170 in less than 2 months.1 - Lose weight. It's impossible to remove fat from only one area.. you will only lose fat from all over your body. Which includes your pecs.
2 - Surgery to remove fat from a specific area like your chest or stomach.
Doing chest exercises will only tone up (or bulk up) the muscles underneath the fat.
There is a word for man boobs. Gynecomastia. Google that word, for more info.bench presses or push ups
