Girls a pot belly question- How do I help my girlfriend get rid of her pot belly she got after breaking her leg and not being able to exercise?

Though she kind of does look it she is not. It seems like all the weight she put on went to her belly. How does she work to loose it?

Consistent and proper exercise mostly weight lifting with some cardio and proper and consistent nutrition make sure the body gets what it needs daily and make sure you don't eat crap.

Also find out your total caloric expenditure then create a caloric deficiency. A standard 500 caloric deficiency will result in 1lb of fat loss a week.

Also you can't spot reduce fact. when you burn fat it's across the entire body you can't target specific parts of your body and only lose fat from that spot.

Nope.

Proper nutrition is the 1# most important thing. Followed by proper weightlifting exercise and a little bit of cardio. But cardio shouldn't be the main focus, nutrition and exercise should be.

I do this for a living so I know what I am talking about.
