be more clear on what body parts you want to change. if its your chest do chest press, decline chest press, and pushups. if its back do lat pulldown and rows. if its your legs do leg press, smith machine squats, leg extentions, and hamstring curls. if its your biceps hammer curls and bicep curls. I know I am missing other muscle groups, but I must get back to work.

I think you look great! I don't think you should change a thing...but I personally like guys with a thinner frame...
Eat more or drink protein shakes to bulk up a bit.
