Different people find different things attractive. Not many guys find those super thin models sexy nor do they find girls who's arms are bigger than there own because of all the fat attractive. I am sure your fine and many guys will and do find you attractive.
However don't let this become an excuse, I used to do things like that. I told myself for a month I never asked this girl for her number because her friend was there. I decided to say screw it and asked her in front of 3 of her friends. The morale of my rambling if guys are not approaching you go give them some hints maybe your not just giving off any signs.
id say anything between 30-65% range is fair game. 1 being bulimic bony skinny and 100 being the 400lbs. you sound perfectly fine, for me I say around the 45% as being more pretty, and the 55% as being more sexy.

If they're healthy and look good I don't care if their bones are made of gold. Well except all the weird side effects.
I like chubby girls I can't stand girls that feel boney and skinny when I hug them. I want something to put my arms around its feels a lot better. As long as your not like 300lbs your fine.
