I'd say raise that to about 1800 calories a day. eat 5 - 6 small meals a day. Basically what this will do is get your metabolism moving faster which leads to weight loss. Cut down on fats and sugars and don't eat carbs after 4pm. Also try and work out cardio/weights 3 - 4 days a week.
My typical day looks like this:
wake up 9am - Eat breakfast. Whole grain cereal with cut up bananas
11 am - some sort of low fat, low sugar snack. nuts, yogurt, or protein shake.
1pm - lunch. ham sandwich on whole grain bread and some boiled veggies.
3pm - another snack. it can be anything as long as its not too loaded with carbs. yogurt, nuts, even a bowl of cereal. (cereal tends to be high in carbs, though)
5 to 7 pm - ill eat dinner somewhere during that time. chicken breast and veggies. sometimes ill even eat eggs.
8 to 10 pm - ill normally drink a protein shake around this time. (post workout)
i consume around 2000 CLEAN calories a day. Be sure to eat healthy or you won't get any results. nutrition is like 90% of getting results. the other 10 is working out.
This is what I do and it works for me. Do some cardio and weight work with the diet and you will see results in no time.

1100 a day long term is stupid.
For weight loss, I've gone quite a bit under that and at 6'3, I'm probably bigger then you.
Breakfast
2 eggs, scrambled, slice of back bacon, half tomato, cooked.
Lunch
- cooked chicken breast on salad, dressing is plain yogurt with dill added.
Dinner
- 8 oz of lean meat, lots of cooked vegetables (non starchy). I.e. if I'm grilling the meat/fish, I'll take tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, toss them in balsamic vinegar and italian herbs and grill them in a pan.
- a little more plain yogurt, with a few berries thrown on top.
I didn't count, but it'd be sub 1k and if you're like most women, you'll probably be complaining you can't finish it. The protein level will support ketosis. Fat will fall off.

"i want to look like ________"
Anyone who says that is doomed to fail because odds are you have a different natural body type than the person you're idolizing. That being said, Heidi doesn't live by an 1100 calorie a day diet. it's what she uses to "diet down" for photo shoots. It would be unhealthy to actually live by it. There's no way you can live off of an 1100 calorie a day diet without depriving yourself of key nutrients your body needs to function properly.Water, celery apples and nuts.
