Interview question. Need Help Please! Very important.

Hello all,

Thank you for your time and responses.

I am currently interviewing with a certain professional sports team and I m planning every detail about my trip to the tit. Everything from my wardrobe, means of transportation, and interview ethic is being taken into consideration.

My question is: Is it considered corny of I show up to the interview in the team's color's? I.e. wearing their colors in my tie and suit, with the shirt being a plain white.

i don't see anything wrong wearing the team's colors to the interview, it might actually make you stand out from the usual plain suit attire they expect of you. plus at a abercrombie& fitch interview, they usually expect you to show up in there clothes, so I think that's a really good idea. its not corny if you overdo it plus it would look as if you really really wanted the job. But I have been told your not suppose to wear loud colors and dress simple but dress for success.

no, I don't think it's corny, I think it's strategic, but it depends on how much of the color you do and how you wear it. The tie is a good thing but what colors would you wear for the suit? just curious...

i mean would it be a green suit? it shows interest but a green suit...?

Yea the colors are royal blue, orange, white and black. I'll be wearing a dark navy suit, white shirt with an orange tie and black dress shoes.

It might be a bit much, based on your description. An orange tie just sounds heinous. But if you want to, go for it.
