How do you tell a guy you like him if maybe he does or doesn't like you back?

so there's this guy in my 1st period class of computer concepts and he is so cute but I don't know if he likes me because first he is athlete like he is fit. and likes the skateboard and the snowboard I mean I like that too if I ever try it and then there's me I'm tall but not so tall for him but I'm wide and for reals Big not huge but bigger than I'm suppose to...but when I pass him in lunch I catch him looking at me when I pass his table I don't know but we kinda talk ...like when I need help or have a question I'll ask him or he will do the same back ...but there was one time when we talk like a little when the period was like about to be over and we talk about how he's elbow got surgery from skateboarding oh plus how can I tell him to maybe go out for the movies too but please help I just want to know if he likes me or not so this crush can finally become something

Calm down, calm down. You may not like to hear this, but you are thinking, imagining and fantasizing too much hun (although I understand it's a very common thing to do at this age :)).

Bring back to reality, get to know him more as a friend, because what has been happening alone tells ABSOLUTELY nothing about whether a guy likes you or not. If you purely want to hang out with him on a date but not getting into a relationship, by all means you can give it a go (with caution and safety), but be prepared should he say no to it (and don't take it personally because it can be due to any reason, and also don't over think why he said no). You can tell him you like him as a friend when both of you are know each other well enough (perhaps if you guys hang out one-on-one), but this may or may not even happen as we don't know whether the hang out will even happen (but don't worry if it doesn't) and be psychologically prepared should he react negatively to you telling him that you like him.

Both of you are not in the stage of moving on as a relationship yet, so take things slow dear :) Focus more on not over thinking about him, what's more important for yourself now because you are still young (trust me, even 22 years old is still young as well!)
