Ignore everything you just wrote. If you eat 1 meal every 2 days, your metabolism will plummet and you'll GAIN weight. Tea and cheeseburgers? Where are you getting these ideas?
Diet and exercise. By diet I don't mean eating less, I mean eating SMARTER! More fruits & vegetables. You need that fiber, and those vitamins/minerals. Fiber will help your digestive system get the food through you. Protein. Calcium. Etc. Exercise so that your muscles are burning fat. There is NO SHORT-TERM SOLUTION! None. Zero.
Sure, you may be able to eat nothing but water and lettuce for a month and lose a lot of pounds, but you'll destroy everything healthy about yourself. Your body will start to essentially devour itself for energy that you refuse to provide for it, your metabolism will plummet, your hair may fall out. Your bone density will decrease and when your immune system isn't up to par you'll become more susceptible to illness. You'll look pale, sickly. You'll be lethargic, sleep too much, and hate yourself for going to such drastic measures to lose weight.
Does that sound like fun? No.
Oh, and as I mentioned, as soon as you start eating again you'll gain weight because your body has slowed down it's energy-burning (fat-burning) systems to protect itself. This is just like when your body slows down your heart rate and draws blood from your extremities in extreme cold. To protect itself. You cannot perform complex tasks, but your vital organs are protected.
So, I say again. Diet and exercise. Long term planning will get you a long term solution. Short term planning? That's right. Short term solution.

DO IT HEALTHY! Consult a doctor, if you can't just give up ALL junk food and sweets! All fast foods, all caffiene! I did the same, I wasn't severely overweight, just wanted to get back where I should be for my height and everything. So, I forced myself to start eating healthier. And, I started walking every single evening. I'm up to ten miles and it's made quite the difference! It's slow at first, but that's because it's safe. And drink LOTS of water. For a while you might feel a little bloated because of the water weight. Make this a lifestyle change, not a diet! You'll live longer, be healthier and feel better too! It's worth taking it slow, and that's the safest way to do it.
I understand the feeling but losing 30 lbs in one moth is more unhealty and has more of a bad affect then the extra wieght you may be carrying. No matter what you will hit a dry spell and you will stop lossing wieght for a little while not matter what diet your on. I recommend you eating only about 1000-1200 claories a day and try Ali. Your best bet is to join a cheap gym and do as much exercise you can. The more you do the easier it will get for you. I've been through this.Determination is the BEST diet. GOOD LUCK! Remeber no matter what the scale says your still beautiful.

I know that if you drink 4 litres of tea, and eat on cheeseburger from McDonald's, you can lose 35 pounds in 28 days"
--No, you apparently don't know, because consuming that much fast food is not healthy. Neither is losing 35 pounds in 28 days.
"I know you can lose 11 pounds in 4 days by eating one meal every two days"
--Again, not healthy. That's almost an average of 3 pounds per day.
"I know you can lose one pound every two days by going on the Atkins diet"
--I don't know the truthfulness to this, but it doesn't sound very accurate.
There's no safe way to lose 30 pounds in one month. That's approximately one pound per day.
There are numerous resources on the Internet that can help you get healthier. The best thing you can do is research to educate yourself.you can't really do that in any sort of healthy way. you shouldn't lose more than 4lbs a week really. and that should be done through a combination of excersise, healthy eating, portion control, and rest.
you can destroy your body's systems trying to get thin. if you're really obese and your weight is interfereing with your life/making you miserable you should consult a doctor. you might even be a candidate for stomach stapling surgery.Healthy eating and exercise.
