I keep fit by going to the gym 2-3 times a weeks for 2 hours. It's fun to exercise if you join classes like zumba or step classes where the instructor really motivates you.
Putting new music on my ipod or buying new gym clothes really gets me motivated to get to the gym.
I don't follow diets, but you should increase your greens and cut back on red meat. You have breakfast because breakfast starts your metabolism for the day. Also, don't skip meals, it makes your body store even more fat the next time you eat because it thinks that you might skip another meal.

I wanted to lose about 15 lbs a few years ago so I put up a picture of a morbidly obese person on my refrigerator. I also put up some pictures of beautiful women where I kept my jogging stuff. You can condition yourself to avoid certain things and be attracted to certain things using psychology like that.
