I understand that I'm probably going to be gaining muscle now since I'm past the one month mark but I still have plenty of fat on the back of my thighs I want to lose. Like 15 pounds. I have been doing my same leg exercises but I'm worried that I won't lose fat and just gain muscle.
I'm getting annoyed because I'm going to the beach in 9 days and I want to look better in my bikini. Tips?
