Its mainly water weight, you need to stop taking in a lot of salt, also to get rid of it just drink a gallon a day.
It is probably water weight or maybe weight gained from changes in blood sugar. If you gain it quickly - you should be able to lose it quickly as well so don't worry too much about it.
I don't think it's possible to gain that much fat in just 3 days. It's probably just water weight or constipation.
