Soooo... I disagree with eat less protein. :-) You definitely should exercise. Changing your diet is a good idea. I was thin my whole life until I stopped exercising. Then I gained 15 pounds in about a year. YIKES! I lost 10 pounds in three weeks by changing my diet and slowly getting back into exercise. I stopped eating processed foods and food with non-natural sugar. You might be surprised at how many foods have a lot of sugar in them. Natural sugar is good (apples, oranges, etc.).
It is true that you will lose weight if you go vegan. LOL. I did that about 7 years ago, but I couldn't deal with it. Good luck.

Eat less protein, and less fat ( a little is ok) . Read to see what is in food and figure out portion sizes (serving sizes ruin a lot of people). Also do not eat salad dressings or anything with added sugar. I'm a culinary kid so give me an analysis of your diet and what products you eat and I'll tell you what you are doing wrong.

well here is your answer eat enough food for yourself, go gym and do hardwork like cardio and swiming, I m sure it will help you :) good luck
How much do you weigh? Don't overdue it. The best weight to lose weight? Running and exercise. Drink lots of water, avoid sugary drinks. And if you can, avoid excessive carbs. Meaning no bread.

Go vegetarian or better yet vegan. People who go vegan can lose 20 lbs easy. Also you feel healthier and can work out longer (I'm only vegetarian though) cut out processed foods and work out every day. An don't forget to cool down and stretch. Hope this helps!
