i was telling this to another girl on here I sort of respect cause of her questions and answers.
im not the best looking guy in the world but I know I'm not hideous. I need to get in better shape yes but I wouldn't say I'm undateable
heres my suggestion: as a guy, we are always being compared to other guys with muscle and that have hardly any body fat in relation to muscle. just like women with their weight.
i happen to have an idol. someone who I like to look up to because he not only makes me laugh but he makes me cry, smile etc..hes known as dwayne "the rock" johnson. so what I did is I went and looked up his exercise and diet plan. so that I have sort of an idea of what I would need to do to look like him. will I ever look exactly like him, no? but I know I want to at least somewhat resemble him
what you need to do is sit down with her and ask her who she idolizes, besides you of course, since you are the cutest thing I've ever seen :P. if she has an idol, then she has a goal. goals are good to have. once she has her idol, have her research what that idol's diet and exercise plan is. then FOLLOW IT. hard work pays off, trust me. she can't give up otherwise she won't know what to do.
imo, if she wants to lose weight that's fine, but. she shouldn't have to lose weight to be more attractive. what if she's just naturally big boned. that's genetics and you can't fix that. what if its something more serious. like I said, do some research, don't just say "my friend thinks she's fat, what can I do".

supplements (vitaminshoppe is an awesome site for that and there are a hand full of stores in the us) cardio and make 70 percent or more of it high intensity. eat every 2 to 3 hours or as often as possible, cut out fat as much as possible from you diet especially saturated and trans is even worse, take in as little as possible, use thing such as african mango extract, hoodia, benifull or just protien to keep you full or at least less hungry so you can eat just enough carbs to keep your matabolism from lowering, do eat rice patatos and other starches, hydroxycut doesn't have a good a track record (it got recalled once) but I stand by its effectiveness (atleast hardcorex, the first new formula after the recall), african mango has also acted as a natural thermogetic at least for me and it has good reviews, you could try a thermogetic like hydroxycut (thermogetics raise your body temperature and keep it raised so you will literately melt the fat away
choose better foods and healthy snacks.. try small goals like getting at least 4 servings of raw vegetables in a day

Lots of water, and cardio. Running or walking at brisk pace. She's got to do this on her own. Nothing you can say or do will make her motive herself. It has to come from within.
You probably gave her good advice. Losing weight isn't easy and takes hard work if she doesn't want to do that then there's not much you can do for her.
tell her jenny craig. so a nutritionist and a psychiatrist there's a reason she overeats...its not about the food...but something else filling the void. at least that's what oprah says
Hunger is a product of fear, tell her to learn to love herself and God will remove the extra pounds she needs.
Run more, eat less. Good rule of thumb.
