I take a hardcore ab class at my gym and these are a few of the good exercises we do for our sides. :)
*Crunches with legs bent at 90 degree angle. Each time you crunch, twist toward your knee and alternate directions each time. To make it harder, don't lay back down. Stay in a crunch and use your abs to twist back and forth.
*Leg flutters on your stomach. Lay on your stomach and scissor-kick your legs. Hands go on the back of your head with your chest lifted off the ground. Make sure your thighs are off the ground too. Hold for about 30 seconds at a time.
For inner thighs, lunges work amazing! Just make sure that when you're as low as possible, both legs are in about 90 degrees. You can make it harder by using hand weights.
Also make sure you get in about an hour of cardio (running, dancing, swimming, any very active sports) about 3 times a week. This is good for toning you all over, and good for your heart! :)
Sometimes things like love handles can be genetic and may not go away (just like how some people have hips/cankles no matter how thin they are), but these exercises can help firm everything up! Good luck!
