Wide hips and love handles?

hey, so I'm having a problem with my body. I unfortunately do too have these horrible stupid love handles, without even having to put too tight jeans on. But I also have wide hips which make my back look really bigger than my front.

Without love handles I have a good curved body. So I don't want to lose a lot of fat overall because I don't want to downsize my bra size. How can I get rid of those things from hell? D:

So I have wide hips but I've never been one to have love handles. But I do know that you can't "spot reduce"

What you can do is cardio and strength training to help hopefully burn off some of the fat and tone up

For love handles, it's typically recommended you do something like pilates because pilates focuses quite a bit on strengthening and toning the core and back quite a bit.

The pilates vids are typically about $10 at Walmart in the fitness section. Go to the fitness section and there should be an area with vids, like Jillian Michaels, Tae-Bo. Sometimes if you search through you can find a variety of pilates and yoga videos.

Or you could look at videos online. On YouTube, you could try sparkpeople

With cardio, try to do 30-60 minutes of cardio a day.
