Guys, can most men lift 130lbs heavy woman easily? Would that be considered a heavy, medium or a light weight to carry?

I am around this weight (usually range between 125-130) and I wonder what I'd be considered (whether heavy to carry or light or somewhere in the middle).

It just crossed my mind haha I'm honestly curious and I hope for all honest comments as well :)

It really depends on the guy, and what you mean by lift. Bigger men could, but smaller/weaker men would probably struggle a bit but could still do it. The big problem would be if you mean running and jumping into his arms, because most men probably aren't going to be able to deal with that well.

I can incline bench 130-lb dumbbells, meaning one in each hand, so lifting a girl of the same weight with my entire body is easy. Any girl under about 175 lbs is easy to carry.

For me that is on the lighter end. Most guys could lift you up if you are not running and jumping into their arms.
