Every time you get hungry drink a glass of water. If you're still hungry after you drink the water then you're hungry and can eat. Often thirst manifests itself as hunger.
Also download myfitnesspal and spend a week just logging all your food. Don't pay attention to the calorie count. After that first week you can see what your average daily intake is and start working your way down. Like it may suggest you eat 2500/day but you have been eating 4000 (random number) then cutting down so drastically will be difficult, yes know?
Also start trying to get your 10,000 steps a day. Walking is pretty low impact.

Don't try to hard. Make small changes. Try to avoid what stresses you. If it's your weight that stresses you then think: you are only at this moment like this.
You already made your first step in wanting to change in a better way. You already begun changing. And now make small changes in your daily routine. If you don't have a routine then create one. Get enough sleep, drink much more water, go out for a walk for a small amount of time, jeep increasing the duration of your walks or how often you go out walking.
Later when you have a regulated daily routine start decreasing the amount of your meals very slowly, not to drastically but slowly and steady. Slowly avoid sweet drinks, avoid juices, sweet foods...
You can be proud to wanting to make a change and now be considered with changing into a healthier way of living
I would work on your Mood, start figuring out what makes you depressed. If it's just your weight, start find things that make you happy other than eating. Try to fill your day so you are less likely to find time to be depressed and eat, make it harder to eat, only keep healthy things in the house no junk food.
Honestly I know it sounds harsh but you have to get used to the pain of hunger

4) get at least 8 hrs of sleep a day.
5) get hobbies.Honestly I don't know if you can, basically none do. The only way is changing habits you can live with forever.
