Im a little over weighted... I'm 5' 6½ and 154 lbs. I'm in a healthy weight but at the maximum healthy, so I could be less and be more healthy (106 -156 is my healthy weight range)... so the thing is, I'm going to go shopping in like 2 weeks, and get a new wardrobe.! but I am a little fat, like muffin tops and all that and not toned at all... what should I do? I'm starting a diet now, but I know I'm not getting results I want in less than 2 weeks. I'm naturally lean/natuarlly skinny but I do look a little chubby, so what should I do ? buy clothes the size I am right now or a little small or what? what would you girls. please give me your opinion! kthnks! :)
