I'd guess 130, and around 22% body fat, and I think you look more or less ideal. The best photo is the lightest one, but the camera is pretty crap, though, such a blurry image. Either that, or you were moving while taking it.

I would say probably between 140 and 150 is what the person in pic weighs. 20 lbs might look a little bit better and make them feel better but they're fine just the way they are and don't look fat or anything.
