I see tons of weight loss questions on this site. Some people go the right way and ask how to work out and how to eat right. While others who are lazy and want a magic diet to melt the weight away ruin their bodies. Just in the past couple of hours iv seen two diet questions that I have to rant about. One was about only chewing gum for a week. It was because the under 18 year just had a kid and wanted to lose weight. She is a mom and is not smart enough to know that not eating for a week has serious health risks. And then another asked about a all lemon diet lmfao. people who want to lose weight use common sense. And if you don't have that talk to a doctor. you lose weight by taking in less calories then you burn. So either excersize to burn more calories or eat a little more healthy and eat less.
