How much time do you have? Lol.
It took me a few years of trial and error, but I've finally found a diet that works for me. I can operate on 1-3 cheat meals every week, and the food tastes fine. As soon as I found that diet groove, fat started melting off. Here's what works for me:
1. Quaker Oats + Bran flakes
2. Natural PB&J on Whole Wheat
3. Frozen Vegetables (Mixed + Spinach)
4. Refried/Black Beans
5. Chicken Breast
6. Salmon
7. Sausages (cheap and easy to prep in a pinch)
8. Canned fruits (whatever is on sale, fruits are expensive)
9. Banana Chips
10. Crystal Light (Iced Tea flavor + Random Flavor)
I find that sour cream goes well with beans, and Fresh Cut Salsa adds flavor to practically anything. Those are my two "go-to" condiments. They are healthy and tasty.

I would say the reason you don't hear about them, is because so many of them are stupid quick-loss fad diets that don't work.
my diet has changed my life. I've had health issues for the past 9 years of my life (and I'm not even very old) and my diet has effected my overall health in an enormous way. I stopped getting headaches which I got daily for almost the entire day, I dropped 7 pounds in two months and I was a decent weight to begin with, my hair started growing much more rapidly, my nails don't bend anymore and theyre no longer so thin that they are see through, my skin has cleared up completely and I never get acne and I feel better overall so yes it has worked because my diet was specifically tailored to my needs and because I had the will power to follow through with it. though I am sure others would benefit from it also.
I'm scared to see the answers. There are so many myths and beliefs that float around this type of stuff that the amounts of misinformation are scary. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw a lot of answers that claim their methods work/were the best, when in reality, lawdy they should stay away from that bs.
But I'd be happy to see if people did the proper diet/exercise route and gave feedback. We need more encouragement of that approach in our lazy society.

No my body isn't fair. I can eat so healthy and work out intensly but I have to do drastic things to lose weight. What is weird is that whenever I talk to a hot guy my mind makes me not eat. This happened for 3 months straight.
