Reading date is nothing. Some girls / guys weight 180 pounds but don’t appear fat.. some appear too fat. Some have a short neck some have a long neck lol

Look into fasting and exercising to look cut and slim. That’s the bomb !! But this produces quick amazing results and mainstream media hides it.
Don’t fall into those bullshit fitness videos eating 8 little meals a day and 24 snacks in between plus some shakes to make you infertile.
You want a true what’s your shake boil some cow bones lol. Make a liver smoothie. You think kale smoothie is going to fix your testosterone? Meh
You should be able to lift more. I don’t know how long you have been working out but I think a man who is your age and size should be able to lift between 30-50 lbs on average bir when we are talking about 10 reps.
I think you should first focus on gaining strength - maybe for about 3 months then start working for aesthetics.
It could also be about your diet. Maybe you don’t consume enough calories or protein.

When I was lifting I could lift about the same but I am a petite female teen. You're below average for men your height weight but don't let that discourage you.
When I first started lifting 10 felt pretty heavy. But after a month or two of progressive overload I was curling 20s easy. Just keep lifting (and eating an adequate, especially protein) and you'll blow up. Men have more testosterone so naturally they will build muscle faster.
If you are really serious I would suggest following a free prpgram. You don't need anything fancy, there's lots of men and women who have great free programs on youtube however be careful not to choose a bs clickbait one.
Hey I workout with resistance bands but I can lift about 50 lbs because my muscles are strong. I do it to excercise them.
Keep training, that is how you will improve.
