I'm just eating healthier. I did notice when I ate salmon and rice and veggies my weight dropped. It's so hard to eat less as I must be burning a lot of calories so I get hungry. How to curb that? Water?
True but itll help burn off calories as my metabolism gets higher. I was 15% fat at one part of my life as well. So mostly muscle and weighed way less too. I just forgot the basics

I did the same thing. I had to just cut out calories and not exercise and then the weight started finally coming off.

Try keto diet. Do at least 15 min cardio a day and don't it more than 30 mins.
Diet would definitely have a major effect in that.

Nah bro she's right lifting weights will be better for weight loss. As biger muscles will also use more and more calories.
