It's pretty easy to verify. There must be a roof nearby just ask him to take a moment and show the skill he professes to have. It should be a simple matter to fall from a one story roof for someone who can reach terminal velocity from 5 stories and walk away fine.

Maybe if a person was to relax and somehow absorb the energy from the fall he could conceivably survive that.
It is very possible if they are trained but there would definitely still be some minor injuries

Well I'd considering gravity lies for no one so either he gets lucky or is lying
I don't know about jumping for a girl it can happen any time if a girl is hottt
