Is it bad I want to lose weight before getting into a relationship?

I’ve never been in a relationship before only one night stands and I realised it was because I was terribly ashamed of my 235lbs body (I’m 5’9)
I just feel I am too insecure for a relationship and whilst I’m unhealthy there’s a high chance I won’t attract the type of partner I want, (even though I’m fat I don’t necessarily want to date someone fat)

and whilst I’m this insecure I’m probably not going to have the type of sex life I’d like to have in a relationship because obviously I’d be self concious. with that being said so far I have lost 38lbs. I’m now 194lbs.

my plan is to get to 170lbs before I start dating and looking for a serious partner. not my end goal though!
Is it bad I want to lose weight before getting into a relationship?
