Well if you wanna play it safe then do so in the morning if you wanna play the dude card just sleep it off and hope it goes away by the morning, but for now pop on some TV and just relax a bit, a good way to destract the mind is play games while your TV is playing, I recommend brawl stars on your phone and when there's loading screens or seconds of waiting, your mind automatically turns to the TV
