My younger sister confessed she has been using steroids for more than a year, should I be worried?

My younger sister has just confessed she has been using steroids for more than a year (something something anadrol)?

My parents questioned her because she has been getting more and more mood swings and her voice is getting lower.

We know she has been bodybuilding for a while but never knew this. They are now going to the hospital to check for any damage, should I be worried?

Okay so apparently once they got to the hospital they first sent her do a regular doctor who basically said, okay yes just based on what I see it's clear she uses steroids because she is much bigger than they expected so they immediately send her so some doctor with more experience with this stuff. This doctor is now running more detailed tests

Test results came back, it's very clear she uses multiple steroids but they haven't found anything wrong with her. They recommend not using steroids but as they don't see anything bad they will leave it up to my parents and her. They do recommend checkups every half year if she does continue

They are not good for you so I would consult medical doctor. I would recommend asking doctor about effects and sterilization. I’m not medical but I heard somewhere there is concern as related to child bearing🤷🏻‍♂️

Not really, no, because if it was fatal. It'd already manifested. I was in need of steroids and knew those who took it for awhile. As long as it's taken responsibly. She should be okay.

Steroids can cause all kinds of issues. I never knew any girls that used it but I knew a guy who got testicular cancer. I suspect it was the roids.

How about natural products such as pine pollen, eurycoma, cistanche, and many others, cycled, taking once a week each, works wonderfully and I know that plenty of women use them safely. And they do work... if you get good quality, you can get it straight from manufacturers. Should be no problem sourcing that, if she has her hands on anabolic steroids which are probably illegal.

Anyway whatever her choice is, with most steroids it's best to take breaks. Does she take anything in between cycles? Like the herbs I mentioned? Although it's way different for males than for males. Like males just have to make sure their natural testosterone stays up, and a few other things to remain fertile. For females it's much more complicated.

After her visit to the hospital, they might take away whatever she has and possibly that gym guy will get arrested.

Again, not all steroids work the same, and there are differences for males and females.
Cycling means taking breaks, not taking it 365 days a year.

My school teachers also accused me of taking steroids, and people at home too.
I only took certain herbs and things like high dose magnesium and creatine. Does she take these things as well? Because she can still be muscular without risking health and legal issues.
The question is, is she obsessed with her diet? With supplements? If she is not, and already jumped to steroids... you should take them away from her as she's clearly not educated.

I don't know anything about the steroids specifics but she is pretty strict with per diet, sleep and stuff she says that's super important for bodybuilding, she also eats like a lot

I guess I understand that, especially as a girl being stronger than many guys is a huge advantage. Even taking the substances without being big does it I guess. I don't know as much about female steroid use as I do about males using them. Some people get away with it and others who abuse them way too much end up needing TRT, if not worse. Girls won't naturally get massive, so I can't say she should stop... but still some natural female bodybuilders are pretty strong... since she doesn't have the side effects such as shrunken testicles, there is not much to discourage her.

I know for sure that we can achieve impressive bodies without drugs, but it's crucial to get overall healthy.
