My friend realised she has all the symptoms of someone with ADHD so she's thinking about going to a specialist to maybe get a medicated treatment for it as there seems to be an option. However she's wondering if it would work for her.
She doesn't learn things as quickly as others and doesn't have a good short term memory which leads to her struggling in the restaurant she works at as she would genuinely forget part of clients' orders...
If anyone here relates to her or has some knowledge on the matter please let me know. She's very skeptical about how and if a treatment would actually be worth it.
