So im not sure if I should even ask this on here but here goes nothing. And dont be a d**k ok?

I had a complete hysterectomy 6 plus months ago. I had a month and a half long radiation to go with it. Ever since the surgery I've had trouble sleeping. Even though I did have to stay overnight in the hospital and you barely get enough sleep like that as it is... it got worse. When radiation happened I basically took two to 3 naps a day. Never a full length sleep. After radiation I started to take equate benadryl and it works... to a certain degree. Melatonin would wake me up every two hours. My doctor who did the hysterectomy put me on trazodone. 1st time I took it I did it at like 7 and didn't go to sleep until like 3 am. Put it in the back of the drawer and continued with the equate benadryl. Recently decided to give trazodone another shot. Took it one day at like 9 and didn't go to sleep until after 5 am. Next day took it at 6 pm and didn't go to sleep until close to 1 pm the next day. Took 3 benadryl that night and slept okay. Next day took 2 benadryl and didn't go to sleep until after 10 am the next day. Didn't take any today because after I took it yesterday I got dizzy while I was laying down and decided not to take any. So I'll be up all night again tonight. I messaged my doctor to see what she says but do any of you have any ideas? I'm thinking it's related to menopause because I did have a complete hysterectomy but I don't know. My sister thinks somethings wrong with my brain. But she talks like she graduated as valedictorian from Harvard. Even though she didn't by the way lol. Just please help by offering NICE opinions. Thank you.
