I was watching a video of a Jewish Friday dinner yesterday and the wife and teenage daughters were all very thin but they ate bread and fish and hummus for dinner and I believe they had wine too, if I ate like that, I would weigh over 800 pounds. Bread has made me fat in the past, fish has made me fat in the past and hummus has made me fat in the past. I’ve heard stories of men who lost 60 pounds but quitting rice but when I eat rice and little else, I lose weight without side effects and most weight loss methods I try come with side effects.

think of what you eat on a daily basis if every cell in your body could speak to you do you think that what you eat is what they would want?

Specific foods don’t make you fat it’s how much of them you eat…fish is really healthy and bread and hummus are good too.
Some people just have faster metabolisms too, workout more or watch their calories. Some people are naturally slimmer.Weight loss is all about calories in vs calories out. You can eat whatever you want and lose weight as long as you are burning more than you are eating.
If you want to lose weight you have to run, run fast, every day, it will be easy if you are young, if you are over 30 years old it will be difficult.
They never eat. I knew people years ago would pop " speed" and ate little.
