How much should someone who’s height is 150cm/4’11 weigh to look skinny but not underweight anorexic skinny just healthy skinny? I don't know if I’ve been able to explain myself.
Some people have slim builds. There is no absolute weight that fits a height. Some people are small, others medium, others large build. Some are naturally heavier than average, but not obese.
Unless you're ILL, do not worry about being slimmer than average. There are far too many people who are clinically overweight and fat according to healthy BMIs. In fact, people who are slimmer than average tend to live longer, healthier lives.
Being too heavy stresses the padding of all your joints, especially knees, and hips. It also stresses the heart. Don't wish for this. The people calling you too skinny are probably jealous. If you feel good and look good in clothes, you are at the right weight for your height.
ONLY if you have bony protuberances showing of your entire spine, or all of your ribs showing would I say you sound like you might be underweight and need to see a doctor. But if you're simply slim, stop worrying. As people get older and their metabolism slows down, they gain weight naturally. Or if you have a child you'll gain weight. Don't worry about this now, especially if you're otherwise healthy.

I'm like 4' 11" or 5' 0" somewhere in there, and weigh 144 pounds. If I were to be perfectly skinny, I'd say maybe four to five pounds to lose? Not much.
110 according to commenter Bloom? That's fucking anorexic.
There is no one "right" weight for someone who is 150cm/4'11" tall, as everyone's body is unique and individual factors such as body composition, muscle mass, and overall health can play a role in determining a healthy weight. That being said, a healthy weight range for someone who is 4'11" is typically considered to be between 39-52 kg (85-115 lbs), depending on factors such as age, gender, and body composition.
It's important to focus on overall health and well-being, rather than trying to fit into a certain body type or size. Engaging in regular physical activity, eating a balanced and nutritious diet, getting enough sleep, and managing stress levels are all important factors in achieving optimal health and well-being. Remember, everyone's body is unique, and there is no one "right" body type. It's important to focus on healthy habits that support your overall health and well-being, rather than trying to fit into a certain size or shape.
There is no exact weight any height should be. Everyone carries their weight differently, so you won't always find someone of the same weight/height looking the same. Try focusing on how you feel like health instead of how your body looks, as I know constantly worrying about your body can be a deep rabbit hole to go down.

However much it takes you to feel healthy and happy with your body
For an ideal BMI, that would be 51 kg
It's not what you weigh, it's how you look.
110 would be ideal
About 90 to 100lbs.
