What’s your personal experience with Overeating and what’s the steps of overcoming this?

Lots of folks struggle if not suffer from overeating aka OE.

Their clothes don’t fit, they’re afraid to be in public because they are ashamed of their appearance, self conscious in relationships so badly that they breakup with a healthy partner or they avoid relationships, spending their money recklessly on cookies; cakes, fries, carb carb carbs at a quick pace. Unable to socially be out anywhere or go to a pool or enjoy a swimming spot. They’re minds are full constantly of guilt and failure for how they eat, feel, portray their selves and how they can’t wear nice clothes and nothing fits and look.

I’m only speaking for myself here on this but I’m keen knowing others have a difficult time on a daily and on often momentary basis. People say theirs support groups and help from a general practitioner your doctor. But that’s such a sweep under the carpet if you were to ask me.

People on drugs struggle.
People drinking alcohol struggle.
People smoking cigarettes struggle.
People “ ____________________” struggle.

All have similar traits of their addiction removing them from a better life.

I believe over eating is one as well and hoping you have your own personal experience with overeating and what did it take for rock bottom to make you quit & and did you stay quitting?
