She tells me it's a waste of money and they just tell u to stay positive and change how u think/or your mindset when I can do that myself , but the kind of therapy im going for is different but she doesn't understand
Oh wow. That sucks... I'm sorry. First question before I give you a more thorough answer: do you have another parent in the picture you can ask/have convince mom?
I kind of agree with her. Although I wouldn't stop my child from going to therapy, I know from my own experience that it was a waste of time as those AH push me to the brink of ending things.
If you feel you do need therapy, and there are no free community therapy options. If you have Facebook try and join a few groups. Sometimes you will find people in fb groups going through similar things to you that can help.
You can't make her understand.
It's best to get a job or otherwise somehow get money, and pay yourself. Don't depend on your mother, she clearly doesn't care about your actual health and safety.
It would be hard to actually convince your mom. Try small steps first. I suggest talk to a school guidance councilor and ask for help. Maybe they can treat you or help you convince your mom if you truly need it.

Talk to a counselor at school she may be available even though it is dummer time. If nothing else she could help you with your parents.
