all this is taking too much from you. Your body is much much lesser of an issue than your thinking, in this area. It's going to be very hard but you'd have to learn to let go of all this, this whole area of looking at yourself with critical eyes.. Only if you take your focus n place it elsewhere, would you be able to be happy. Cuz even after many procedures, people are still not content. So hopefully that doesn't turn out to be a case for u. im not against "fixing" procedures but i just worry about that 'satisfaction' thing much later on. It's ok to not look appealing according to the societal standards, if it's costing u so much. Many people would be "ugly" acc to you, many acc. to me... But they're still happily roaming on this planet doing smth like a barbeque or enjoying a trek or going on trips or being a very very respected successful, well-spoken person that no one can't say shit to (despite being obese, having crooked teeth, facial hair, etc)... im giving this last example from personal experience.

Forget about the dollar amount for a moment, do you feel like investing in your skin to the extent you have is opening doors for you, or is it a burden?
I'm a guy, so the social expectation for me to look a certain way is definitely lower than it is for you, but I know that I treat every investment I make like that as a question of cost vs reward.
I get a huge return for my money by looking good and dressing sharp, but my return for dressing in a $10,000 suit isn't so much better than a $1,200 suit that I would go out of my way to buy a $10,000 suit.
You cannot pay any attention to what other say about what you do to improve your appearance, EVER! You do what you feel is necessary to make you more self accepting.
I, personally, have had more plastic surgery than Michael Jackson and NEVER regretted it in the slightest... It improved my appearance, and therefore my self confidence, how I presented myself to others, my self esteem, AND my own self image.
Do what you feel is necessary, and ignore the nay Sayers.

Do you think people react negatively to your appearance, or maybe do you just think / expect that they do?
I don't know how you can get an independent opinion but I suspect your appearance is actually fine.
