12 pounds in 2 weeks is not possible in my opinion. it's possible to lose 8 pounds in 2 weeks, but it's NOT HEALTHY AT ALL!

you cannot lose 12pounds of fat in two weeks. unless you want to run a marathon a day without eating.
its not possibleif you want it to stay off. but just losing 8 lbs you will feel much better and its more realistic

just work out and drink a lot of water. cheerscardio, cardio, cardio. just focus on losing the weight and not how fast to lose it.
