I just bought a gaming desktop and am considering how much of my time I will waste on gaming. I love it, but I also think it is a waste of time and a bad habit.
I have no idea how many hours I played of The Witcher 3, but I am going to guess somewhere around 300 hours. I was to the point where I didn't think about controls, I was just completely immersed in the game.

also there are some legacy games like Half Life, Bioshock, and Mass Effect I never played but want to check out.
I voted for drinking but in terms of alcohol but in terms of soft drinks and drinks that have a high caffeine ratio like energy drinks. I realised that the least has bad impacts on my sleep since they keep me longer awake.

I would recommend also change what you eat (not that I know what you eat now, but guessing it could be improved?).
One thing I think is great is just reduce overall salt and sugar intake, and your taste buds will adjust. I stopped putting salad dressing on my salads, and I love the taste of the vegetables, I even enjoy the subtle flavors of different types of lettuce/greens.
Another tool is to eat foods with lots of fiber or empty content like carrots, greens/lettuce, beans. Watch out for heavy carb foods like potatoes and rice, which are easy to eat a lot of.
I bought a 25 lb bag of black beluga lentils. I cook them with no salt, just black pepper, garlic, red chili flake. I have anywhere from 1/2 cup to 2 cups with many meals. A Brazil nut or two is a good combination with these to make a healthy complete protein.
In this way, you can actually eat quite a lot, but still lose weight. If you ate 4 large carrots, 1-2 cups of cooked lentils, 1-2 Brazil nuts, and 1-2 cups of lettuce/fresh greens each day, it would add about 800 calories, but is a large amount of really healthy food that should fill you up significantly and reduce the amount of other foods you might fill yourself with.

ah France, it seems everyone smokes there. I smoked for over 10 years, it's the one thing I would go back and change in my life, and so happy I quit. Especially now as a nurse, I see so many people with issues because they smoke or smoked in the past.
