you can not get enough nutrient from vegetables. b12, omega3(DHA), aminoacids, carnosine , creatine, carnitin etc...
I'll not mention about b12, everyone knows it.
you can not get enough omega3 fatty acids especially DHA from vegetables. why? because your converting rate to DHA from ALA is extremely low. vegetable sources only have ALA, its not DHA. Leave that converting process to animals ! omega3 lowers the inflammation and protect telomeres and speed up converting ATP from ADP by %400, especially DHA which is only in animal products. (milk, fishes especially) its also proven that it extends the lifespan avarage %5.
You can not get carnosine from vegan sources. Which is proved to protect the collagen on your face.
Fishes and chickens are only rich sources of carnosine.
You can not get enough creatine which is required for producing and moving ATP in cells. its only most in fishes and chickens and meats. and that means the energy
you can even see the difference by eating small type fishes and watch your body reactions how your ATP producing and energy are extremely increased. you can prove it yourself, no need to believe the false informations...
Veganism is just a project to shorten people lifetime...

They simply often do, or more precisely they live more healthy than the average citizen, because they actually pay attention to what they are eating.
As for the stuff you meantioned vegans are lacking, lots of it gets supplemented in the meat industry as well. Most prominently B12.
Its just vegans eat the supplements themselves, while meat eaters let pigs eat the supplement and than they eat the pigs. (or any other poor creature)
(Almost) Any type of diet can be healthy and unhealthy, it just depends how you eat and how much you pay attention to what you eat.
You better do your research all over again.
A vegan diet has many benefits, including helping you to lose excess weight, lowering the risk of diabetes, improving kidney function, and lowering blood sugar levels.
thats a big manipulation to direct people to veganism.
check your blood aminoacid levels and you will see that your body suffer amoniacid deficiencies. people who are vegans even have their skin color pale.
thats a sign of having not enough skin pigments producing from tyrosine and b12 , they have no enough melanin to protect from sun UV
that manipulation researches which show that they have better kidney functions ignore the lifestyles of those people. most of them have not active lifes and they do not workout enough
