Which means you can eat as much as you want and you will never gain weight (you actually will gain weight through increased bone, muscle and skin density but those are good things).
So you really could be eating things like tacos (high fiber tortillas, carne asada, veggies, no fat mozzarella). These would be impossible to overeat. You would throw up before consuming too many calories.
As for fasting the first week is literal hell. And then after it gets way easier. To get through that first week I use copious amounts of coffee, zyn, ibuprofen, and ice baths.

I will try. Health is important, but being overweight is also a health problem.
Sometimes I have eating attacks and I want to get over them all.
