Now at 46 , I have noticed over the past years that my stomach has gotten more sensitive with age. Certain things that I could eat with no problem now give me stomach issues. Things like pizza, garlic, peppers, oatmeal, ground beef, tomatoe sauce, deep fried foods now give me an upset stomach. When I lay off these foods I feel fine. Has this happened to you too?
A lot of the stuff people blame on age is more about the level of time it takes for deficiency of minerals, deficiency of enzymes or lack of building blocks to finally get noticed. Your issue could be stomach acid levels or lack of enzymes in the food supply. A friend of mine used to have peanut allergies that went away after supplementing with enzymes.

I think it's common to not be able to eat certain foods as you get older. I love hot spicy foods, but my gut yells at me for eating it ( I do it anyway ).
I have problems with any heavy foods, too much dairy, hot-n-spicy. Broccoli and chicken give me a hard time, unless I chew them super long until they almost turn to liquid. I also can't eat much within 5-8 hours of going to bed. With some foods, even longer.
Well, at my age there are hardly any foods left that don't give me a stomach problem.
Yes, I think age has a lot to do with it.
i think that's kinds normal from what I've heard and seen shit like in shows

yes... but I messed it up and sped up the wear and aging process too, lol
did eat like a dumpster during my early 20's
my digestive system is probably aged 60's or something like that, lmfao
you should probably get that gut checked too, thoughI find that I do not have the capacity for eating huge meals like I used to. There is a restaurant in town that has 22 oz steaks. I used to fill up on the salad and home baked bread first, then have a steak with a big baked potato,. They had a great dessert bar afterwards. I would drink 6 or 7 beers too. I cannot imagine doing it today.
No. If my stomach bothers me it's typically a cumulative effect. Like I can eat a spicy meal. Now if I eat 3 spicy meals in a row that might mess my stomach up a bit.
I actually probably have LESS stomach issues then I was younger. But I used to worry constantly when was younger about things. I'm a very mellow dude at this age.
I actually had the opposite trend, like when I was a boy a lot of things would upset my digestion like garlic, spicy foods, etc. Then become less sensitive as I got older, or at least so far at 43.
Yes! I get bloated so easily nowadays and I feel that my digestion takes ages.
Yes. I'm pretty sure I can't have nearly as many of those typical boy pigouts as I once did.
mine hasn't
