Like say some celebrity looked amazing already and some people look better thicker or heavier. Skinny isn’t always good and not everyone is built to be thin. If you’re already at a healthier weight, don’t lose no weight. You can tone but don’t lose no weight! Like Angelina Jolie, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Hudson, Christina Ricci looked better thicker. They were never fat and they should have stayed the way they were. Now they look skinny, hungry and horrible. Men don’t want skinny, bony women.
My friend who is 5’10 and naturally thick but she’s chubby. She lost a lot of weight. She went from 201 to 144 and frankly I told her she looked better thicker and thin doesn’t look good in her when she asked me for an honest answer. She has a natural thick bone structure and her head now looks too big.
I can say from experience that I do have a better experience being at a somewhat higher weight than what people like to treat as "ideal." The times I checked with primary care have always turned out nicely when it came to things that could have even a little chance of being weight-related. And that's including the times I was like 30 lbs heavier than now (now I'm just "sorta" thicc lol).
But yeah, regardless of what guys think (and I'm not into any anyways), some extra curves worked nicely for me, even tho I wish pants sizes were easier to maintain. My new situation with being busier and not having as much time for food is a little annoying tbh lol.

Its better to change fat into muscle indeed. You may not look skinny, but you will look better.
More agile and flexible. Plus all that weight ain't limiting to look even better in clothes
