Any advice on lifting routine?

Currently I go to the gym between 5-6 times a week (just depending on how busy my days get). And I usually keep alternating between legs, chest, and shoulders/back (throwing in biceps/triceps/abs on certain days). Is this a good routine to keep? I heard that it can be good to split the back and shoulders up, but I don't know many shoulder lifts to work them out. And also I do 3-4 sets of 6-10 reps.

Any advice on things to change? I also do most of my cardio activity by riding my bike almost everywhere I go, so it can be a couple miles a day.
