Wash your face twice a day with a mild face wash then tone after each time followed by a light moisturiser, and a facial scrub twice a week, followed by a clay mask once a week,
it has nothing to do with genetics I have had many clients ask me for help and continuos usage of these products really help remebering the more you wash your face the more oil you take out therefor your skin makes even more to make up for it causing worse acne its a slow process but the after results are amazing..
(milk wash and a clay mask are best)
as for the hair'' ask in a salon for laser removal it doesn't hurt and can be pricey if not try the laser pens your can buy online they work also.
flat stomach... try walking not running, try sit ups and pushups for abs wich do look nice on girls, or try less aggressive exercise.. swimming maximises stomach muscles giving larger thighs and nicer arms...
hope this helps.
Jeez, I can relate haha. I had horrible skin, like I wouldn't wanna go anywhere. It wasn't just acne, it was the overall complexion too. But for the past month or so, it got better. What I can say to you, is don't wear foundation if you do, and only put make up where it's needed. (For example, if you have bangs, don't put any makeup on that part of your face) also don't pick at your zits, my acne scars are just starting to go away a year later. Drink a lot of water, that's what helped me. I never used to .. At all. And when I stop drinking it, my acne starts to come back. And buy two differed face washes and rotate them each week, for me it seems to lose it's effectiveness after it's been used too much. Seven days then switch. For the acne on parts that aren't your face, use a loofa thingy and soap/facewash. For the hair, shave? Maybe otherwise wait until you can get lazed hair removal. That's what I'm gonna do.
Eating more will help.
As for the acne, try changing your pillow case and bed sheets every two nights, and shower before bed. A lot of acne is caused by dirty pillows. If you have a lot of acne all over your body, you might have keratosis pilaris, a skin condition that likely won't go away very easily. Just don't mind it and stay clean.
As for the hair... wax. I'm not sure about that. Just don't shave because it can make the hair more course.
You realize you just said "by the time I turn 18" meaning you're under 18 right? Now a moderator is gonna change your profile age to under 18 and you won't be able to post in the sexuality category.

Go on YouTube and type in "naturally get rid of acne", do the stuff it says. It actually works!
Don't be depressed about your body hun, you're thinking WAY too harshly of yourself! If you don't want to be "square" which I'm sure you're not, then ease up on the running and try something like pilates or light weight lifting. Wear clothes that make you feel beautiful and remember this isn't about your body, this is in your mind. If you feel beautiful, you look beautiful! good luckWell most of what you said is not a turn off to me...a picture would be helpful? Skinny is fine, flat tummy is great, pimples go away...hair can be a problem but depending on how much or how dark...but we are groping in the dark here..post a link?
Any exercises that could help? Pull ups.
Pull ups can give you that sexy "V" taper (good for both men and women). This will give you more pronounced lats, and help give you that coveted hourglass silhouette.check out a website called soulcysters.com
