Help me with my health please?

-I've tried some diets and exercise but they never last for long. I want to become more fit for my own benefit and for involvement of activities I want to join.

-I want to start eating healthier, but "diet food" that I have tried isn't my taste. I want to try things that are easy to make at home and healthy.

-I also want to know if their are any exercises that can help build arm muscles and leg muscles.

-I have some flab on my tummy that would be marvelous to get rid of, any thing to help out with that?
