Good idea. Those things will put on the pounds if you don't exercise a lot. Just to save $, make your own with Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder and Almond or Rice or Coconut milk. Trader Joe's sells the stuff pretty inexpensively.
I do two a day, one for post workout (cant mix anything with that cause its a shaker bottle I take with me to the gym) and I also use protein mix in my breakfast smoothies. 1 cup liquid egg white, 1 scoop protein mix, 1 cup fruit (blueberries, mixed berries, or banana usually)

Already doing it. But the ones I'm doing are fairly low calorie, only 160 or so cals per serving. And I make them with water rather than milk.

Should I switch to one of those "mass gainer" protein shake mixes that has like 600 calories per serving?
you can if you want, but you really should be eating more man... lol
What I eat fills me up and doesn't leave room for much more =(
