so I started cleaning up my diet about 3 months ago but in the past month and a half I've started to really take initiative, not because it's a matter of weight loss but because I felt like I was just running myself into the ground with all the late night binging and weird eating times. For example, when I was at my peak weight, 158lbs and mind you I'm 5'6, I ate anywhere from 2000 to 2500 a day in things like fries, pasta, and pizza! Right now I'm about 135lbs and thriving on a diet that is often under 1200calories. For the past weekish I've literally eaten 10lbs of broccoli and approximately 2.5 cartons of eggs and nothing else because meat just seems really unappetizing. I was wondering if eating a diet that consists of 70% vegetables is okay? (Let me stress the point of how I don't have an eating disorder, I just really don't want to eat anything else and my current diet is giving me twice or even three times as much energy as my past one)
