I had my wisdom teeth out long before I got braces (I have braces now). It's a good idea to ask your dentist or orthodontist about this. The last one or two molars generally serve as a type of anchor for the arch wire or power chains, so impacted wisdom teeth would not be ideal for this. You can't put brackets on impacted teeth, so your dentist will probably extract them.

I would say yes - I had a series of things to fix my teeth (very small mouth) and if your wisdom teeth are removed after you've had braces, your teeth may very well move back, which is no good :P
better check with the dental pros. I had to get the damn things out, then braces after as an adult. My parents never had the money for my messed up teeth, so I did it myself. Felt like a dork with a lisp and a mouth full of hardware. Really good for confidence with girls. But...when done, much better. Again, check with the pros. good luck
Some dentists don't like to remove wisdom teeth once you get in your 30s, unless they are bothering you, because the teeth grow to their full sizes and are more likely to cause issues like permanent mouth numbness. Although I think its pretty rare it can happen.
