for that you have to go for a low fat moderate carbs high protien diet ...firstly cardio is very essential to get abs otherwise it gets hidden under the skin ...reduce your body fat % by strict cardio regime like running skipping kick boxing ...do sit ups in 3 sets of 15/10 do crunches in 3 sets 15/10
side planks 2 times ...leg raise ...thats it ...it worked for me it will surely work for you but remeber be patient as it can take 3-4 months to get desired results

If you wasn't to spend money inanity abs is great but if not side plank, some cardio, sit ups are alright but don't only do sit ups because it will take much longer.

It's genetic and getting your body fat percentage below 9% is tough. Your body thinks it's starving when you restrict your eating. Try carb cycling (look it up)
